Meditation & Chi Gung!

Start the year with FOCUS and ENERGY.

Starting in January, Sifu has arranged for a special duet of morning classes with instructors Dawn Groves and Benjamin Chang, licensed acupuncturist and East Asian medicine practitioner. Dawn will teach Commuter Meditation: Finding Peace in an Anxious World. Benjamin will teach Chi Gung. Both instructors are long standing students of CMAA. Dawn is an author and teaches at Whatcom Community College. She is also an avid tai chi enthusiast. Benjamin earned his Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM) from the prestigious Shang Hai TCM College of British Columbia. The courses will run 7:30 to 8:30 AM, Mondays (meditation) and Wednesdays (Chi Gung) to accommodate work schedules. Enrollment will be on a monthly basis.

Start your new year with  practices that will truly enhance your physical health, relationships, and your emotional core. Make 2012 your year of positive change. Course details will be posted later this month.

Yoga Course

CMAA is now hosting a yoga course,Yoga With Joani. Our new yoga instructor, Joani Glasser, already has several dedicated students. She specializes in gentle yoga, used for rehabbing injuries.
